Terms and Condition for Reservations

Payment terms:

• When making a booking, a 50% deposit has to be paid to secure your booking - Please request our bank details.
• Should there be a need to cancel a booking the following refunds will be made :
• If cancelled longer than 1 month before the arrival date, the full deposit (apart from R120 that will be deducted for admin purposes.) will be refunded. 
• Cancelling between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to arrival date, a 50% deposit will be refundable.
• If cancelling 2 days or 1 day before the arrival date, no refund will be made, except in situations such as sickness or death and provided that a valid doctors certificate, or death certificate is submitted as confirmation.

Terms and conditions:

• All rates are quoted in South African Rand.
• Children under 10 years and above 4 years sharing with adults will be subjected to special rates.
• Vela Inn cannot be held responsible for any loss of guest’s personal effects, use of facilities is at own risk.
• On arrival guest will have to fill and sign Vela Inn guesthouse’s indemnity forms.
• Vela Inn guesthouse reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour disturbs the peace and harmony of this establishment.
• Check in 2 pm checkout 10am.
